서울의 비즈니스와 관광의 중심지인 광화문에 위치한 호텔 코리아나는 1972년 개관한 이래로 전통과 헤리티지를 오랫동안 간직해 온 호텔입니다. 이러한 역사가 있는 호텔 코리아나에서 E.N. Gallery가 전시를 시작하게 되었다는 기쁜 소식을 전해드립니다.
 
저희 E.N. Gallery는 호텔 코리아나와의 협업을 통해 주기적으로 엄선한 작품을 변경할 예정이며 호텔의 로비층과 2층 라운지에서 전시를 진행하고 있습니다. 여러분의 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.

김장희 작가의 예술은 그녀의 창의력을 반영한 두 가지 독특한 스타일로 인정받고 있습니다. 첫째로, 그녀는 전 세계적인 팝 문화와 동양 철학의 융합을 복잡하게 담아낸 할리우드 스타일의 그림으로 유명합니다. 오버페인팅과 같은 기법을 사용하여 아이코닉한 미국 이미지를 재해석하여 문화적 의미를 강조하는 새로운 작품으로 변형시킵니다.
 
둘째로, 김장희 작가는 할리우드 작품과 또 다른 대형 추상화 그림으로도 평가받고 있습니다. 이 분야에서 그녀는 표현적인 스타일과는 달리 추상화의 심오한 면을 탐구하며 강렬한 터치와 생생한 색채를 사용하여 감정을 불러일으키고 사고를 자극합니다.

We are delighted to announce that E.N. Gallery has begun an exhibition at the historic Hotel Koreana, located in the heart of Seoul's business and tourism center, Gwanghwamun. Since its opening in 1972, Hotel Koreana has proudly preserved its tradition and heritage.

 

Through our collaboration with Hotel Koreana, E.N. Gallery will periodically feature a curated selection of artworks, displayed in the hotel's lobby and on the second-floor lounge. We invite you to visit and enjoy the exhibition.

Jang Hee Kim's art is recognized for two unique styles that reflect her creativity. Firstly, she is known for her Hollywood-style paintings that intricately blend global pop culture with Eastern philosophy. By employing techniques such as overpainting, she reinterprets iconic American images, transforming them into new works that emphasize cultural significance.

 

Secondly, Jang Hee Kim is also acclaimed for her large-scale abstract paintings, which stand apart from her Hollywood pieces. In this domain, she explores the profound aspects of abstraction, using intense strokes and vivid colors to evoke emotions and stimulate thought.

 

Jang Hee Kim's works have been exhibited worldwide, including in South Korea, Japan, the United States, Germany, and Italy. Through her Hollywood-style and abstract paintings, she offers a new perspective by reflecting cross-cultural interactions and influencing global connections.
